This page sets out the official terms governing use of the inwabet platform, along with players' rights and responsibilities, clearly and in full. By accessing and playing, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
This document sets out the terms and conditions that apply between the player and the inwabet platform when using the inwabet website and its related services. By accessing the website, opening an account, or using the services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms. 1. General Provisions
1.1 Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Opening an Account
Each player may only open one account at inwabet. The information provided when opening an account — name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate and belong to the account holder. inwabet reserves the right to close any account opened with false information.
2.2 Shared Accounts Prohibited
An account may only be used by one person and must not be sold, transferred, or shared with any third party. Violations may result in the account and remaining balance being blocked without notice.
2.3 Password Security
Players must keep their login details confidential and are responsible for all activity that takes place on their account. If you notice any unexpected access, contact inwabet customer service immediately.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
Deposit methods available at inwabet are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Deposits must be made by the player themselves from their own payment account; third-party deposits are not allowed.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals normally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Players must withdraw using the same method they used to deposit, and withdrawals may be restricted until wagering requirements have been met.
Depositing and withdrawing funds shortly after without genuine play, or opening multiple accounts to move money around for money laundering purposes, is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the account and remaining balance being frozen.
3.3 Currency Policy
All amounts on this platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). Any payment processing fees are determined by the bank or payment service provider's own policies and are not the responsibility of inwabet.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
inwabet offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, players must first complete a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount.
Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 × 15 = 600,000 Ks.
Example 2: Deposit 120,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving a total balance of 220,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.
4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions
- Bonus funds are for wagering only and cannot be withdrawn as cash directly.
- inwabet reserves the right to modify or cancel bonuses with prior notice.
- If a bonus is found to have been obtained fraudulently, inwabet reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
- Each promotion may have its own additional terms, so please read the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.
4.3 VIP Program
inwabet's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players move up tiers as their play increases, and higher tiers earn more weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum.
5. Gaming Conduct and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Honesty and Fair Play
Players on the inwabet platform must play honestly. Using digital tools or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, using bots, or colluding by playing across multiple accounts is not allowed.
5.2 Wagering Restrictions
- Players must only wager with their own funds and should not borrow money to play.
- Wagers should be within your own financial means. inwabet always encourages responsible gambling.
- Losses from gameplay are the player's own responsibility; inwabet does not accept liability for any losses.
5.3 Account Suspension
If a player is found to have violated these terms, inwabet has the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close their account, with or without prior notice. The reason for the closure can be requested through customer service.
6. Personal Information and Security

6.3 Duplicate Accounts
A player is not allowed to open duplicate accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses dishonestly. If such behaviour is found, inwabet has the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any remaining balances in them.
7. Limitation of Liability

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond inwabet's control. inwabet is not responsible for any losses resulting from such interruptions. inwabet will make every effort to restore services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7.3 Third-Party Services
Payment service providers (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay) are third-party providers, and inwabet is not responsible for any consequences arising from disruptions to their services.
